Better than a tamale

So. Friday night I went to an office Christmas party and ate Mexican food that was just alright and drank about 20 gagillion teeny tiny cups of water (I always feel a little ashamed in those situations. You know, the ones where they just leave you with the less than child sized glass because you only ordered water?). But, the most entertaining part about this Christmas dinner was getting to meet Kacy - in real life.

I felt a little silly, but there's this weird thing that happens in the blog world...when you read about the ins and outs of someone's life everyday and have no real life association with that someone, you almost feel a little stalker-like when you meet them in person. It's like "oh, I know exactly what you're talking about, I read about that in your blog the other day." But I digress.

Kacy was really fun to talk to (and not just because we were talking about blogging in a way only addicts can, which again made me feel stalker like "Of course I know your friend so-and-so, I read her blog!") and she even mentioned Zeelightful. And, by the end of the night we had pretty much decided on...a Tutu Give Away!

This is a very awesome thing and a great opportunity for me. I'm incredibly grateful for the much needed advertising. Now, go and read and comment and cross your fingers and toes in the hopes you will win. And if you don't win, there's still time to order from Etsy and get a tutu by Christmas!

I wish the food had been better. I was so excited when they brought me my big drink. Alas, they never refilled it.
